All the shades of turquoise- LEFKADA

Lefkada- an incredible beauty that needs to be explored Lefkada, Porto Katsiki- Paw traveller Lefkada is about 1000 km far away from Belgrade. The road to it is not complicated and can be crossed in one piece, but we decided to split this time into two parts, and take a break in Kalambaka and tour the Meteoras. This move was great because the Meteoras are a place to be seen and experienced. Considering that it was just for one night, we decided to choose very affordable accommodation in Kalambaka , at the foot of Meteoras , Sofia rooms. The hosts are extremely friendly, the room is clean, well equipped, and the yard is nicely decorated with garden furniture. Meteoras- Paw traveller The accommodation is next to the main road and extremely easy for finding. Near the accommodation there is a supermarket "Lidl" where you can buy everything you need. From this accommodation you can walk to the center of Kalambaka where you will find cafes, rest

Magnificent ZAKYNTHOS- Daylight dreams- Part two

Zakynthos is blessed with authentic villages, breathtaking nature and phenomenal beaches like Porto Roxa , Banana and Gerakas , about which you will read in the post below. But besides that, this island is also a place with a strong religious element which can be seen by the many churches and monasteries that exists on the island, so I recommend that you should find time between swimming and also visit some of them. Anafonitria monastery- Paw traveller On the northwest of the island you will find the Monastery of Anafonitria . This is a beautiful 15th-century Byzantine monastery built in honor to the Virgin Mary , and in this monastery the patron saint of Zakynthos, Agios Dionysios , has spent the last years of his life livng as a monk. The monastery consists of several buildings and a tower with a bell. While you are strolling through the monastery courtyard between its beautiful stone buildings and flower-rich gardens, you will feel the calmness of this place. Ana

Magnificent ZAKYNTHOS- Daylight dreams- Part one

My first touch with Greece was Zakynthos , a phenomenal island with amazing scenery, beautiful villages and great beaches. Zante- Paw traveller And yes, I had prejudices because I heard that this island is mostly for young people looking for a crazy night life, that there are many drunk Englishmen who are wandering around until dawn and other things like that… But anyway, we arranged accommodation in Tsilivi through the tourist agency Mediteraneo , and headed by car to this island, which is about 1250 km far from Belgrade (about 1200 km to the town of Kilini by land, and from Kilini to Zakynthos, about 19.5 nautical miles by sea). Tourist agency Mediteraneo lasts for a long time and is a true expert in organizing travels to Greece. They have custom, reasonable rates and great last minute deals. Zakynthos- Paw traveller I can only say that Zakynhtos has delighted us, and if you are planning a trip to Greece this island should definitely be at the top of your wishlist.

Keep the tail wagging- Is the dog for you?

It may sound silly to some people, but the pleasure of sharing a life with a dog can extend the life span of both, humans and dogs. It's been proven that having a pet help lower blood pressure and reduce anxiety and depression. Because of this beneficial effect, show love to your pet and reciprocate it. Mauricio & Antigona- Paw traveller Having a dog brings with it the change of life and comfort you are used to, but it brings a lot of selfless love that your furry friend will give you. For example, forget about sudden calls on Friday afternoon to go somewhere for a long weekend - you have a dog and you will no longer be able to leave the house for more than 10, 12 hours without planning ahead. Mshkin- Paw traveller There is a lots of work around the dog, they are reasonably independent but still need basic supervision. You have to take care of them, prepare their food, bathe them, take care of their health, find time to play… I share my life with dogs, they ar
