Is it expensive to travel with a dog?

Is it expensive to travel with a dog,  and what else to keep in mind when planning a trip with a furry friend Paw traveller Traveling with a dog may not necessarily be more expensive than traveling alone, but it will be also due to the choices you will make during your vacation with your best furry friend. So, if you are planning to travel with your furry friend start searching for accommodation on time, and avoid choosing a hotel with high pet fees. First of all, don't assume and always ask if the accommodation is pet friendly or not, and if there is an additional charge. One email or phone call will save your time and reduce the possibility of misunderstandings and frustration. Although more and more people share their lives with pets a large number of accommodations are not pet friendly, many accomodations charge certain additional fees, but there are also those that are completely free. 8 affordable accommodations on your favorite destinations in Greece

Long time ago we choose this method primarily to find exactly what we needed, and also because of the fact that the Paw traveller group is made up of two four-legged travellers, which we do not always but often take with us on holidays. If you are also taking your furry friend with you, read the post  Responsible Guest- May your DOG recommend you? All the shades of turquoise- LEFKADA

Lefkada- an incredible beauty that needs to be explored Lefkada, Porto Katsiki- Paw traveller Lefkada is about 1000 km far away from Belgrade. The road to it is not complicated and can be crossed in one piece, but we decided to split this time into two parts, and take a break in Kalambaka and tour the Meteoras. This move was great because the Meteoras are a place to be seen and experienced. Considering that it was just for one night, we decided to choose very affordable accommodation in Kalambaka , at the foot of Meteoras , Sofia rooms. The hosts are extremely friendly, the room is clean, well equipped, and the yard is nicely decorated with garden furniture. Meteoras- Paw traveller The accommodation is next to the main road and extremely easy for finding. Near the accommodation there is a supermarket "Lidl" where you can buy everything you need. From this accommodation you can walk to the center of Kalambaka where you will find cafes, rest

Magnificent ZAKYNTHOS- Daylight dreams- Part two

Zakynthos is blessed with authentic villages, breathtaking nature and phenomenal beaches like Porto Roxa , Banana and Gerakas , about which you will read in the post below. But besides that, this island is also a place with a strong religious element which can be seen by the many churches and monasteries that exists on the island, so I recommend that you should find time between swimming and also visit some of them. Anafonitria monastery- Paw traveller On the northwest of the island you will find the Monastery of Anafonitria . This is a beautiful 15th-century Byzantine monastery built in honor to the Virgin Mary , and in this monastery the patron saint of Zakynthos, Agios Dionysios , has spent the last years of his life livng as a monk. The monastery consists of several buildings and a tower with a bell. While you are strolling through the monastery courtyard between its beautiful stone buildings and flower-rich gardens, you will feel the calmness of this place. Ana
